Hazel Nelson

- daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Nelson of Route 4, Perry, was born August 12, 1926, in Perry, but attended grade school at Wapata, Wash., before entering the Lutheran school here.

She belongs; to the Red Hots, Teen Town, glee club and triple trio, and is serving her second year with the latter group.

Hazel wants to be a beauty operator, but may take a course in voice at Phillips university, Enid, after graduation.

Hazel Alliene (Nelson) Robbins

August 12, 1926 – January 8, 1972

Rites will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Newton chapel for Mrs. Hazel (Nelson) Robbins, 45, Lancaster, Calif., formerly of Perry, who died Saturday at Lancaster.

Burial will be in Grace Hill cemetery. Mrs. Robbins was born Aug. 12, 1926, in Perry, where she attended school. She moved to California in 1950.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Marilyn Wilson of Lancaster; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter W. Nelson, Perry; two brothers, Wayne of Wellington, Kan., and Harold, Thomas, Okla.; and two grandchildren.
