Lucina Antoinette (Preston) Seids

September 21, 1889 – May 7, 1969

Mrs. Antoinette (Nettie) Seids, sister-in-law of the late Dr. F. C. Seids of Perry, died Wednesday night in a Glendale, Calif., hospital following a stroke which she suffered the previous day.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Memorial Park cemetery, Oklahoma City. The body will lie in state at Guardian funeral home until time for services. The family has suggested that those who wish make memorial contributions to the Oklahoma eye bank.

Mrs. Seids was born September 21, 1889 in Kansas, to Charles Lester and Ella Mae (Thompson) Preston. She graduated from Perry high school in 1908 and subsequently worked as a nurse at the Perry hospital. She married Dr. Arthur Seids, an Oklahoma City dentist, who preceded her in death in August, 1947.

Mrs. Seids had been making her home in Glendale with a sister for several years. She visited frequently in Perry.
