Forrest Richard Kraemer

January 13, 1925 – February 11, 1992

Forrest Richard Kraemer, age 67, of Wichita Falls, Tx., died Feb. 11, 1992.

He was born Jan. 13, 1925 at Perry, Ok. He taught Petroleum Technology at Oklahoma State University. He was a petroleum engineer for Kewanee Oil Co. for 30 years and worked as an independent petroleum engineering consultant until retirement in 1989.

He fought in the European Theater with the 104th Army Division.

Member of the American Institute of Petroleum Engineers, and the First Christian Church. He was a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity and graduated from Oklahoma State University.

He married Evelyn Hesser Jan. 25, 1946 in Stillwater, Ok.

Survived by wife, Evelyn Hesser Kraemer, Wichita Falls; son, James Richard Kraemer, Dallas, Tx.; 2 daughters, Karen Bradley, St. Louis, Mo., Susan Walters, Portland, Or.; 2 brothers, Jack Kraemer, Edmond, Ok. and Bob Kraemer, OKC; a sister, Doris Richardson, Baton Rouge, La.; 5 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls or First Christian Church Building Fund. Services 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, Lunn’s Colonial Chapel, Wichita Falls, Dr. John Muir of First Christian Church officiating. Interment 11:00 a.m. Friday, IOOF Cemetery, Glencoe, Ok.
