William Samuel McKee, Jr.

September 10, 1935 – April 4, 1954

Brothers-in-law William Samuel McKee, Jr., 18, and Clem Yockey, 31, died Saturday in Eureka, Kan., following a highway accident.

Born Sept. 10, 1935, in Topeka, Kan., McKee was the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Samuel McKee, Sr.

He was married Feb. 28, 1953, in Bartlesville, to the former Maycel Martin, who survives. The couple lived at 84 Sixth street. They have an infant son, William Samuel McKee, II.

McKee was a member of the Perry Methodist church.

In addition to his wife, son, and parents, McKee is survived by a brother, Johnny, of Perry, and a sister, Mrs. Clem Yockey.

Double services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the First Methodist church. Rev. Bervin Caswell, pastor of the Methodist church, will officiate at last rites. Burial will be in Grace Hill cemetery.
