Ethel Marie (Will) Crane

February 9, 1908 – August 19, 1991

Ethel Marie Crane, 83, formerly of Pisgah Estates, Candler, died Monday at her residence in Dayton, Md.

A native of Iowa, she was born February 9, 1908, to Karl Frederick Wilhelm “William” Will and Rosa Johanna (Karly) Will. She graduated from Perry high school in 1926.

She had lived and traveled as a missionary’s wife before moving to Pisgah Estates. She was a member of Leicester Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Eugene Alonzo Crane; a daughter, Betty Laverne Calloway of Hendersonville; a son, Donald Eugene Crane of Dayton, Md.; three brothers, Stanley Will of Fletcher, Walter Will of Loma Linda, Calif., and Frank Will of Texas; a sister, Lennice Scott of Texas; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in Mount Pisgah Academy Seventh-day Adventist Church. Elders Stanley Will, Don Crane and Oral Calloway will officiate. Entombment will be in the Chapel of Faith Mausoleum, Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
