Clarence Walter Enright
February 16, 1927 – August 3, 1999
Clarence W. Enright, 72, of Southold, New York, died on Aug. 3 at Eastern Long Island Hospital.
Mr. Enright was born in Perry, Okla., on Feb. 16, 1927, to Walter Morgan Enright and Lena Amelia Frank. He graduated from Perry high school in 1947.
A U.S. Navy veteran and former Oklahoma resident, he enjoyed a long career with SouthWest Bell.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred (Haile); three sons, Walter and Brian of Oklahoma, and Mark, of Florida; a daughter, Beverly Blanton, also of Oklahoma; five stepchildren, Gary Rolfs of Texas, Betty Deroski of Cutchogue, Linda Rolfs of California, Patricia Rolfs of Illinois, and Rachel Caim of East Patchogue; two brothers, Kenneth and Larry, both of Oklahoma; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services were entrusted to DeFriest Funeral Home, Southold. Interment was on Aug. 9 at Rose Hill Burial Park, Oklahoma City, Okla.
