Margaret Louise (Sowers) Reggs

Margaret Reggs, 68, of Mount Pleasant, Texas, died Tuesday, April 19, 1977.

Born on August 14, 1908, in Piper City, Illinois, to Lester Floyd and Rebecca (Plank) Sowers, she graduated from Perry high school in 1926.

Before her marriage to Mr. Reggs, she and George Mayo Sturgell were married on June 10, 1929, and had one son.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Masonic Cemetery with the Rev. Jack Arthur officiating.

Surviving are a son, George M. Sturgell of Dallas, and a brother, P. D. Burns of Las Vegas, Nev.
