Willie Oswell Pricer

April 27, 1911 – May 15, 1981

Willie Pricer, 70, 4413 Northwest 55th, Oklahoma City, formerly of Perry, died at 5:10 a.m. Saturday at Deaconess hospital at Oklahoma City where he had been a patient since May 9.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Parker Funeral chapel. Rev. Roger Woodrome, pastor of Cherokee Hills Christian church in Oklahoma City, will officiate. Burial will be at Grace Hill cemetery.

Pricer was born April 27, 1911, at Wright, Kan. He attended Perry high school and for a number of years was employed at Monroe-Lang Hardware in Perry. He and Lydia Tolsdorf were married in 1931 at Perry. She preceded her husband in death in 1950.

Pricer and Mabel Marshall were married in 1950 at Perry. He retired in 1970 after 25 years of employment with Amoco Oil company. He moved to Oklahoma City in 1973. Pricer had been in ill health six years. He was a member of the Christian church and the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.

In addition to Mrs. Pricer, of the home address, survivors include one son, Pat Pricer, Oklahoma City; two daughters, Mrs. Bill (Joann) Edwards, Perry; and Mrs. Ray (Willene) Shultz, Seminole; a step-son, Armond Marshall, Oklahoma City; a step-daughter, Mrs. George (Donna) Munger, Denver, Colo.; two sisters, Mrs. Carl Bunch and Mrs. Ileen Mittasch, both of Perry; and three brothers, Loren Pricer, Methuen, Mass.; George Pricer, Texas city, Texas; and Darrel Pricer, Tulsa; 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
