Dorothy Jane (VanBebber) Ritterbusch

January 19, 1914 – February 24, 1972

Mrs. Earl (Dorothy) Ritterbusch of Medford, Ore., formerly of Perry, died Wednesday in a Medford hospital.

Services were in Medford for Mrs. Ritterbusch, youngest daughter of the late Francis M. and Ila VanBebber. She was born Jan. 19, 1914, and graduated from Perry high school and as a registered nurse from Baptist General hospital, Enid. She spent several years as a nurse in France and England during World War II and had the military rank of first lieutenant. Later she served as a nurse at Guthrie.

Then years ago, she and her husband moved to Medford, Ord., where she continued her nursing career until her short illness.

Survivors include her husband of the home address; three brothers, Ralph VanBebber, Duncan; Jack Dumas, Texas; and Earl, Tracy, Calif.; three sisters, Miss Bessie VanBebber, Perry; Mrs. Harriett Tefteller, Shawnee Mission, Kan.; and Miss Mary L. VanBebber, Silver Springs, Md.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Mrs. Bertha Schallenberg, and three brothers, Ray, Glan and Roy VanBebber. The latter died Jan 9.
