Hazel (Witcher) Rountree

September 2, 1912 – November 20, 1985

Graveside rites will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Grace Hill cemetery for Hazel Rountree, 73, 320 Ivanhoe street, who died at 8 a.m. Wednesday at Stillwater Medical center.

Rev. Rick Markham, pastor of the First Baptist church, will officiate. Brown Funeral home has charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Rountree was born at Perry, Sept. 2, 1912, the daughter of Gilbert and Lula Witcher. She was a graduate of Perry high school and married Roger Rountree at Perry in 1933.

She was the credit manager at H&Q Clothiers of Enid until she retired in 1979.

She is survived by one sister, Mary Jo Dexter, Perry.

Mrs. Rountree was preceded in death by her husband.
