Mrs. Richard Harlow, the former Sandra Nadine Shrum, was born Sept. 6, 1964, in Salina, Kan. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Shrum, Perry. She lives with her husband and daughter, Vanessa, at 425 Locaust street. After graduation, she plans to take care of her family a year, then attend nursing school at Northern Oklahoma college at Tonkawa. Her favorite subject is English and her hobby is swimming and she enjoys caring for her family. Sandy attended pre-school through fifth grades at Salina and the remainder of her school years have been in the Perry school system. She was a member of the band, played basketball, and served as a cheerleader from 1977-80. She is affiliated with the Baptist church.

September 6, 1964 – May 22, 1984

Sandra Nadine (Shrum) Harlow, 19, 418 Holly street, died Tuesday morning at Mercy Health center at Oklahoma City.

She was born Sept. 6, 1964, at Salina, Kan., and was the daughter of Darrell and Doris Shrum. She and Richard Harlow were married at Perry Feb. 20, 1982.

She was a 1983 graduate of Perry high school. Mrs. Harlow was a member of the First Baptist church.

In addition to her husband, of the home; survivors include a daughter, Vanessa, also of the home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Shrum, southeast of Perry; a sister, Mrs. Bill (Darelyn) Miner, Perry; a brother, Terry Shrum, Perry; and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Shrum, Cleveland.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist church. Rev. Rick Markham, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be at Grace Hill cemetery.
