Doris Doyle

– daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Doyle, attended the Pawnee, Okla., Hastings, Neb., Shawnee, Okla., and Dennison, Tex., schools before coming to Perry.

She is a member of the honor society, student council and active in all school affairs.

She has no definite plans following graduation.

Doris Maxine (Doyle) Wilson

January 1, 1921 – January 27, 1994

Mrs. Doris Maxine Wilson, Oklahoma City, formerly of Perry, died at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, 1994, at Mercy Health Center, Oklahoma City.

She was born in Perry on Jan. 1, 1921, the daughter of James and Ruby (Hoggatt) Doyle. She was a 1938 graduate of Perry high school.

She and James Wilson were married on June 10, 1938, at Perry.

Mrs. Wilson formerly was employed by Gulf Oil and Getty Oil companies. She was a Catholic.

Survivors include one son, James W. Wilson, Wiltshire, England; two grandsons, John William Wilson and Ben Lawrence Wilson, both of Wiltshire; and her mother, Ruby Doyle, Oklahoma City.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of the Brown Funeral home. Rev. Kevin Devlin, pastor of St. Rose of Lima Catholic church, will officiate. Burial will be at St. Rose of Lima Catholic cemetery at Perry.
