Frank Mickish, Jr.

September 1, 1915 – December 6, 1938

Frank Michish, Jr., 23, was accidentally killed while hunting near his farm home south of Perry on Tuesday, December 6.

Son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Mickish, Sr., he was born September 1, 1915. He was well known in the community and Perry, having resided in Noble country his entire life. He graduated from Perry high school in 1934.

Survivors include his parents and six sisters and three brothers. Sisters are Mrs. A. R. Slaven and Mrs. A. G. Slaven of Arkansas City, Kan., Mrs. Murray G. Poor of San Antonio, Tex; Mrs. Joe Zavodny of Red Rock; Miss Francis Mickish of Oklahoma City and Miss Irene Mickish of the home. Brother are John of Sacramento, California; Albert of Stillwater and Willie of the home.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock from the Davis Funeral Home parlors. Rev. David Thomas will officiate at the last rites. Burial will be in the Grace Hill cemetery.
