Hazel June Knight

– daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Henry Knight of route 2, Perry. Seventeen years old, she was born June 14, 1927, in Noble county, and has attended school at Fairview, New Hope, Pioneer, Lone Elm, Orlando and Perry.

She is a member of the Presbyterian church choir.

She took glee club in 1943-44.

Hazel June (Knight) Fralick

June 14, 1927 – August 14, 1952

Mrs. Hazel June Fralick, 24-year-old Perry mother of two children, was killed about 5:15 a.m. Thursday in a semi-trailer truck-train collision that occurred on U.S. 266, just outside of Dewar in Okmulgee county.

Mrs. Fralick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Knight, was born July 14, 1927, in Perry, and was married Feb. 27, 1945, to Richard D. Fralick, who survives.

In addition to her husband and parents, survivors include two sons, Richard F. and James A. Fralick, both of the home; seven sisters, Mrs. Lawrence Montgomery and Mrs. Don Wise of Perry, Mrs. Frank Wolf of Tulsa, Mrs. Paul Kelley, and Mrs. Weston Harper of Chickasha, Mrs. Benny Myers of Los Angeles, Mrs. Warren Cox of Downey, Calif; and two brothers, Bill Knight of Perry and Frank Knight of Oklahoma City.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the First Presbyterian church with Rev. John Westin, pastor of the Presbyterian church, conducting last rites. Burial will be in Grace Hill cemetery.
