Helen Louise McDermott was born Dec. 31, 1935, in Dacoma, OK, and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph McDermott, 405 Holly street. She attended school in Dacoma and Canton and schools attended in Arkansas were in Little Rock, Lamar, Clarksville, Huntown, Harmony, and Alix. Helen plans to attend college following graduation but has not decided which college she will attend.
Helen Louise (McDermott) Mongold

Helen L. Mongold, 59, of Buckeye, AZ, a seamstress, died Dec. 13, 1995.
Born Dec. 31, 1935, in Dacoma, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Ralph and Edna Hiatt McDermott. After her graduation from Perry high school she and Hugh “Eddie” Mongold were married.
Survivors include her husband, Hugh Sr.; daughter, Sharon Tilley; sons, Ralph and Hugh Jr.; sisters, Wanda Strick, Earlene Webb, Pam Holden, Jo Ann Switzer and Roberta Sayers; and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, First Southern Baptist Church, Third St. and Eason Ave., Buckeye, AZ.
