Carter Lee Wall, 71, resident of Edmond, OK, passed away May 14, 2017.

He was born May 25, 1945, in Sacramento, California, to Perl Leon and Dorothea Nadine (Hankins) Wall. Carter graduated from Perry High School in 1963.

He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, serving 24 years. He served in Vietnam and was awarded 2 Bronze stars.

After his military service, he worked for and retired from the U.S. Postal Service.

He loved to play golf, but spending time with his grandchildren was one of his favorite things to do.

Carter is preceded in death by his parents and younger brother, Jerry Wall.

He is survived by four children and 7 grandchildren: daughter, Kristine Lisa (Wall) Frith and husband Carrey Frith and their children, Nicole Avery, Katelyn Lorraine, Taylor Reann and Sarah Nicole; daughter, Nadine Ann Wall and Cody Orr, and children, Zoe Rhyan, Holle Scarlet Layla and Violet Lennon Elena, sons, Phillip Carter Wall and Jonathan Lee Wall and his wife Noelle Wall. Surviving siblings are brother, Lonny and wife Kay Wall, sisters, Joyce and wife Amy Wall, Sally Whalen and husband Rick Whalen and Jackie Wall.

Services are scheduled at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 19, 2017, at Santa Fe Presbyterian Church with interment in Perry, Oklahoma, at 2:00 p.m.
