Maxine Olive (Province) Hartman

November 21, 1914 – July 3, 2005

Maxine Olive Hartman of Ringgold, Georgia, died Sunday, July 3. She was 90.

Born Nov. 21, 1914, in Red Rock, Okla., she was the daughter of Joseph Spencer and Willa Lenora (Bagby) Province. She graduated from Perry High School in 1933.

She married William C. “Bill” Hartman on Oct. 18, 1935. He preceded her in death April 8, 1997.

She graciously welcomed anyone who came to her home with warm hospitality and excellent cooking.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-laws, services Thursday, July 7, at Grace Hill Cemetery in Perry, Okla.
