Alvin Myers
– 21, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter R. Myers. He was born in Goddard, Kans., January 3, 1919. Before attending the Perry schools he attended Enid high school, North Enid school and Roosevelt school in Enid.
He played right end on the Perry High School football team in his senior year. His hobbies include sports and automobiles.
Next year he plans to go to school at Northwestern in Alva and study civil engineering.

Alvin Eugene Myers, 83, died on March 4 at home in Sebastopol, California.
Born in Kansas, he is survived by one brother, six sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
At his request, there will be no services.
