A major in elementary education has been selected by Charity Hope Sigler who plans to attend the University of Central Oklahoma at Edmond. She was born Dec. 8, 1976, in Lawton, and is the daughter of Vanessa Sigler, 1314 Fourteenth street, and the late Steve Sigler. She received all her secondary education in Perry Public schools. For one year each, she was a member of the Future Homemakers of America, Psychology of Learning club, for which she was elected reporter, a Lion’s Club representative, and band. She was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, two years, and played softball and basketball, four years each. Charity was a basketball royalty attendant, listed in “Who’s Who Among American High School Students” for two years, and won honorable mention at all area conference. Algebra is her favorite subject and playing sports is her hobby. She is a member of First Baptist church.

Charity Hope (Sigler) Forman

Charity Hope Forman, age 46, of Perry, Oklahoma, passed away January 10, 2023, in Perry, Oklahoma.

Charity was born on December 8, 1976, in Ft. Sill, Oklahoma, to Steven and Vanessa (Bristol) Sigler. Charity grew up in Perry and graduated from Perry High School in 1995. She later furthered her education at Oklahoma State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Management with an emphasis in Marketing. After some time away, Charity found her way back Perry to put down roots and make it home.

Charity was the loving mother of three precious daughters. She had a strong and kind spirit, an unbreakable relationship with her faith, and was unyielding in the face of adversity. Those who knew her will remember her for her bright nature and sense of humor. Those who were lucky enough to consider her a friend know how fiercely she cared for and protected those close to her.

Charity worked in real estate for over 17 years. She chose this profession as it was her passion to help others, foster new relationships, and help people create a new chapter of their life. Charity was successfully able to touch the lives and hearts of so many as the owner/ broker of Platinum Real Estate Group. She loved her business and the community she was able to help grow.

Survivors include: her mother, Vanessa Sigler; sister, Leia Sigler; and daughters, Hannah, Morgan, and Camryn Forman.

Charity is preceded in death by her father, Steven Sigler, and grandparents, David and Helen Bristol.

A celebration of her life will be held at First Baptist Church on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Kim Hays officiating. Burial will follow at Grace Hill Cemetery in Perry, OK. Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, 601 N 7th St, Perry, OK 73077.
