Barbara Ann (Postelwait) Blair

Barbara Ann Blair, age 88, died on March 22, 2023, in Enid, Oklahoma.

Barbara was born in Perry, Oklahoma, to Charles and Hazel Postelwait on March 6, 1935. She graduated from Perry High School in 1953. On June 26, 1954, Barbara married Ronald Blair and they enjoyed 68 years of marriage.

Barbara was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing and crafting but her true passion was wedding planning. She worked at Ms. Blanton’s Bridal Shop in Enid and made numerous wedding cakes and bridal décor for brides in the Enid area for many years.

Barbara is survived by her husband Ronald Blair, her daughters Robin Finch and husband Steve of Morris, Oklahoma; Rhonda Skrapke and her husband Rick of Enid; and her son Ronnie Blair of Enid. She is survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four siblings and her daughter, Kelly Hawkins.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 25, 2023, in the Anderson Burris Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dwayne Schroeder officiating. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research.
