Christine (Casparis) Trussell

January 13, 1912 – August 27, 2003

Christine Trussel, 91, of Perry, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Jacob L. and Lola M. Marshall Casparis. She was born January 13, 1912 at Sumner, Oklahoma and died at her home on Wednesday, August 27, 2003.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 29, 2003 at Grace Hill Cemetery in Perry. Rev. Martin Foster will officiate. Arrangements are under direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church or the Perry Memorial Hospital Foundation in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home.

Christine was married to Alfred M. Trussel. Her husband preceded her in death. A life-long resident of Noble County, she was as a medical secretary and kindergarten teacher before retirement. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Red Rock and Perry.

Christine is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Wally Kasl, of Perry, Oklahoma and Cynthia and Jack Cope, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one grandson, John Cope; two nieces, Barbara St. Clair, of Perry, Oklahoma and Myrna Frye, of Moore, Oklahoma; and one nephew, Jack Casparis, of Morrison, Oklahoma.

Her husband, Alfred, her parents, Jake and Lola Casparis, one brother, Lambert Casparis, and two sisters, Doris Berryman and Marie Eales, preceded her in death.
