Dorothy Alice (Beasley) Bohling

June 10, 1917 – December 19, 1994

Dorothy Bohling, 77, Wichita, KS, formerly of Perry, died at 3 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, 1994, at Florence Health Care Center in Florence. KS.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Brown Funeral home of Perry. Rev. Cortez Cranfill, pastor of the First United Methodist church, will officiate. Burial will be in Grace Hill cemetery.

Mrs. Bohling was born at Perry, June 10, 1917, the daughter of L. H. “Doc” Beasley and his wife, Lottie. She graduated from Perry high school in 1935 and attended Draughon’s School of Business in Oklahoma City.

She had worked as a bookkeeper in Tulsa and Wichita. Mrs. Bohling was a member of Calvary United Methodist church in Wichita.

Among survivors are a son, Robert Bohling, Wichita; and one brother, Dean Beasley, Tulsa.

Mrs. Bohling was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
