During his junior year Bill Passow was elected class treasurer and was president of the distributive education class. Bill plans to enter the University of Oklahoma at Norman this fall. The 19-year-old son of Mrs. E. B. Harris, Bill was born April 8, 1936, at Perry. He attended Franklin grade school in Wichita from 1943 through 1945. He has participated in football four years, wrestling two years, and band two years. His favorite class has been Problems of American Democracy and his hobbies are cars and boats.

William Joseph Passow

April 8, 1936 – February 6, 1991

William J. Passow, 54, of Marble Falls, Texas, former Sublette, TX resident, federal building security guard and U.S. Army retiree, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 1991.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley; son, Michael L. of Ann Arbor, Mich.; daughter, Lanetta R. Martin of Golden, Colo.; sister, Beverly Orchard of Perry, Okla.

Service 2 p.m. Saturday, Haskell County Cemetery. Memorial has been established with the Sublette American Legion.
