Paul Dean Morrow plans to enroll at Tulsa university. He is the 18-year-old-son of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Morrow, 804 Eleventh street. Born Jan. 31, 1939, in Perry, Paul has attended only Perry schools. English is his favorite subject and hunting is his hobby. Morrow has been outstanding in football at Perry high. He was named an all-state and all-conference tackle and has lettered three years in football. He also has lettered three years in basketball and is president of the senior class. Paul appeared in his junior and sophomore class plays. His wife is the former Lois Groom.

Paul Morrow, age 86, of Perry, Oklahoma passed away September 28, 2025, at his home, in Perry with his family by his side.

Born on January 31, 1939, in Perry, Oklahoma, he was the son of James E. Morrow and Ruby F. (Lighty) Morrow. He grew up in Perry, graduating from Perry High School in 1957.

He and Lois Ann (Sandy) Groom were married on December 22, 1956, and this union lasted 52 years. Paul graduated from OSU with a BS Degree in Civil Engineering in 1967. Paul worked in construction most of his life. Eventually becoming the owner of the family business, Morrow Service Company, then working for Wynn Construction as a civil engineer from 1998 to 2004.

Survivors include his daughter Vandalyn Bolay of Perry; granddaughter, Autumn Jardot and her husband Shane of Perry; three grandchildren Carson, Aubrey, and Harmony Jardot of Perry; sister, Jane Hill and husband George of Tulsa; sister, Elaine Zeighami of Auburn, WA; nephew, Roy Zeighami and his wife Jennifer and children of Fall City, WA; nephew James Hill of Tulsa.

Preceding in death were his wife Sandy Morrow; his parents James Everett Morrow and Ruby (Lighty) Morrow; nephew Alex Zeighami and a great nephew Reed Zeighami.

A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday October 2, 2025 at 10 am at the First Christian Church with Rev. Dr. Joshua Bell and Monte Stueve officiating. Paul will be laid to rest at Grace Hill Cemetery following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church.
