Glenda Jo (Seeliger) Andrew

November 26, 1955 – December 21, 2025

Glenda Andrew, age 70, of Perry, Oklahoma, was received into the arms of Jesus Christ on December 21, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and kindness.

Born on November 26, 1955, in Perry, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Glen Ephraim and Margaret Ann (Tappe) Seeliger. She was a 1974 graduate of Perry High School, and later graduated from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma. It was there that she met the love of her life, Don Andrew, who was her life-long partner, confidant, and best friend. They were married on August 2, 1980 and had a faithful and devoted partnership of more than four decades.

Glenda spent much of her professional career working in human resources for various companies, most recently with the Toro Company. Many Perry residents will remember her going above and beyond in scheduling repair work at Seth Wadley Ford. Glenda was respected for her professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for others and often referred to as the hardest worker on the team. She loved creating art with her husband and grandkids and lived close to nature, enjoying her brood of chickens and her beloved dog, Trooper.

Above all else, Glenda loved her family. She and Don were blessed with one son, Hutton Andrew, and cherished her daughter-in-law, Megan. She was blessed with four grandchildren-Briggs, Grier, Blake and Valerie – whom she adored and was lovingly referred to as Jojo. Being a wife, mother, and grandmother brought her the greatest joy.

Glenda’s faith was central to her life. She was a longstanding member of Christ Lutheran Church, where she served in various capacities. She loved her God deeply and trusted Him fully. She carried a quiet strength, a nurturing spirit, and a steady presence for her family. Always wearing a warm smile, Glenda had a way of making others feel seen and cared for.

Glenda will be remembered for her faith, her love for her family, her gentle spirit, and the joy she brought to those around her. She was a friend to all and will be deeply missed.

Survivors include: her husband, Don Andrew, of the home; her son and daughter-in-law, Hutton and Megan Andrew, and four grandchildren, Briggs, Grier, Blake, and Valerie Andrew, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her mother, Margaret Seeliger, of Perry, Oklahoma; her sisters Joyce (Lincoln) Lambert of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Sheri Justus, and Kara (Richard) Levings of Perry, Oklahoma; sisters and brothers-in-law Vicki Raynes, Kathy (Walter)Cook, Steve (Rita) Andrew of Tulsa, Oklahoma; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
