In three years of competition in district singing contests at Northern Oklahoma Junior college, Mae Jean Antle won consecutive awards of excellent. She is the 18-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Antle, 823 Maple street, and was born in Perry. She is a member of Christ Lutheran church. Before entering PHS, she attended Oakdale Center, 1951-56. She has been a member of the Red Hots, glee club, vocal ensembles, junior and senior plays and sang in four Christmas vespers. Her favorite subject is typing, and her hobby is dancing. She plans to attend Central State college.
Mae Jean (Antle) Dickson

Mae Jean Dickson, age 78, died on July 13, 2023.
Born on December 19, 1944, in Perry, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of William G. Antle and Esther Jean Antle. She graduated from Perry high school in 1963. Mae and Frankie Lee Dickson were married on December 4, 1964. They were married 58 years.
She was a retired office worker of 30 years for Gallo Winery.
Preceding her in death were her parents, William G. Antle and Esther Jean Antle, and brother, William D. Antle.
Survivors include: her husband; daughter, Tiffany J. Souza (Tom) of Ripon, California; son, Frankie D. Dickson of Modesto California; sister, Marilyn Weber (Larry) of Modesto, California; brother, Bradley K. Antle (Sammi) of Florida; and sister-in-law, Judy Antle of Oklahoma.
A memorial service will be held on July 25, 2023 at 10:00am in the Heritage Chapel at Lakewood Funeral Home 900 Santa Fe Ave Hughson, CA.
