Phillip Kay Bartlett

March 24, 1948 – July 26, 1999

Phillip K. Bartlett, 51, former girls soccer coach at Southeast High School in Derby, KS, passed away July 26, 1999 in Derby.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 30, 1999 at the First Christian Church in Derby. Rev. Gordon Souder will officiate. Interment will follow at the El Paso Cemetery, Derby, under direction of the Smith Mortuary in Derby. Visitation was held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 29, 1999 at the Smith Mortuary.

Phillip was born in Arkansas City, KS on March 24, 1948 to Earl F. and Juanita E. (Stultz) Bartlett. He married Janetta Collins September 6, 1974 in Florida. He was a Promise Keeper.

He is survived by his son, Tim Bartlett, Derby; a daughter, Amy Bartlett, Derby; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and wife, Jan Bartlett, Houston, TX, Richard and wife, Glenda Bartlett, Orinda, CA and Gary and wife, Carolyn Bartlett, Medford, OR; and a sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Peter Dobelbower, OKC.
