Lelia M (Gowty) Campbell

July 7, 1910 – Marcy 24, 1989

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Brown Funeral chapel for Lelia Campbell, 78, Carrolton, Texas, recently of Perry.

Mrs. Campbell died Friday night at Trinity Medical Center at Carrolton.

Rev. Harry Lewis will officiate. Burial will be at Grace Hill cemetery.

Casket bearers will be Jack Dolezal, Steward Smith, Richard Randall, Tim Dolezal, Bill Sheets and Harry Hughes.

The daughter of Lewis and Lula Gowty was born July 7, 1910, at Perry. She was married to Arthur Campbell who preceded her in death in 1961.

Mrs. Campbell had been an employee of Powers Abstract for nearly 50 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist church.

Survivors include one daughter, Gayle Jackson, Carrolton; a son, Ronald Campbell, Houston, Texas; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
