Kevin Ray Mills

January 5, 1957 – December 2, 1984


Kevin Ray Mills, 27, 1404 Eighth street, died at approximately 3:50 a.m. Sunday of a single bullet wound in the chest.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Parker-Brown chapel. In charge of services will be Rev. Rick Markham, pastor of First Baptist church. Burial will be in Grace Hill cemetery.

Mills, the son of Raymond and Dixie Mills, was born Jan. 5, 1957, at Perry. He attended Perry schools and served with the United States Army and National Guard.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Among survivors are his mother, Dixie Mills, of the home address; two brothers, Kelly Mills, with the United States Navy; and Khris Mills, Perry; a son, Jason Ray Mills, Wewoka; a daughter, Jennifer Mills, Wewoka; and his grandmother, Mrs. Opal Mills, Perry.
