Bailey Adrian Render

August 6, 1914 – March 1, 1974

Rites will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Newton chapel for Bailey A. Render, 59, 1021 Twelfth street, who died at 4 p.m. Friday in Green Valley Convalescent center.

Rev. Don Harnden, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, will officiate and burial will be in Grace Hill cemetery.

Render had resided at the convalescent center three months. He was born Aug. 6, 1914, at Pauls Valley, Okla. On Sept. 13, 1936, he was married in Perry to Dortha Workman, who survives.

He attended Perry schools. In 1937 he moved to California where he worked for Douglas Aircraft corporation for 36 years. Render returned to Perry in 1973 and moved to the present address.

He was a member of the First Presbyterian church.

Survivors include his wife of the home address; three sons, Thomas Keith, Yorba Linda, Calif.; Ronald Craig, Westminster, Calif.; and Gary Alan, LaMirada, Calif.; one daughter, Miss Suzanne Render of the home address; and one sister, Mrs. Mary Frances Golston, Easton, Kan.
